When I tell you how I got into this work it’ll blow your mind .

If you told my socially awkward, chronically disorganised self years ago that I’d be on national television for my success as an entrepreneur, I would’ve probably choked on my red bull and looked behind me to see who you were talking to. 

Even as a grown woman, my friends and family always described me as a “little girl in her shell.” I dove down many rabbit holes and roller coasters to build a 6 figure business that’s both profitable, sustainable, and lights my soul up every single day.

I became certified in Reiki, Sound Therapy, NLP, coaching and Hypnosis, I also partially finished two yoga teacher trainings. 

But where I really struggled was the push to get more clients. I charged hourly. At one point, living off $200 a week. 

I asked for referrals, practically begging my friends for clients, and feeling like a bit of a predator, even though all I wanted to do was help. 

I kept getting sick every month, losing my voice as I ran around like a headless chicken, trying different strategies to win business.

Free events, webinars, email sequences, facebook ads. 

I remember countless nights waking in a panic as the overheads of my in person events caught up with me, so that when COVID finally arrived to shut down $13k’s worth of contracts in a single day, 

The only thing I felt was relief. 

After years of running the red line of burn out… I was exhausted.  

In the eerie silence of Covid, I was finally able to stop, reflect, and piece my business back together with the most powerful and aligned pieces of what I’d learned in those years of hustle. 

I scaled to six figures again, only this time I had three days off a week. 

And instead of people paying me hundreds, they paid me thousands, per client. 

Instead of being pinned to a location with weekly overheads, I was location free. 

In my first business, I spent $37k on facebook ads. 

In my second business, I used my intuition. Without any ad spend at all, I created a truly sustainable 6-fig business that gave me back my freedom, and best of all, the feeling that I couldn’t WAIT to start working on my mission, at any moment in the day. 

Our $36k months are WAY more profitable than the $10k - 15k I was doing before

, and because of that money we’re helping WAY more people now than we ever did, when I was exhausted, over-giving and running on an empty tank.

I’m so grateful that I went through what I went through, because without it, I wouldn’t have found a way that actually works. 

Too many amazing coaches are burning out or selling their souls trying to hit that mythical 6 figures, and your mission is far too important for you to become another burned out coach who never got the opportunity to see what they were really capable of. 

And as I’ve mentioned I’ve gone through years of frustration and trial and error to figure this stuff out and I’ve distilled it down into three simple steps that I would do if I was starting from scratch and getting back to where I am now.
